| | Comments | I an seeking any member of the Barzel family that I knew while on tour in Cairo during WWII. I met the Barzel family during this time and became very close friends with them. Father and mother both deceased in the 1940's. The oldest daughter was married to Abner Franco who worked at export business. The next daughter Mena she was not married when I knew her. The third daughter was Freda she was also not married at that time. The youngest daughter was Jackie she too was not married when I left Egypt in 1945. Mena was about 26 years old Freddie was about 23 and Jackie was 21 years old. They are Jewish and the father took care of the synagogue in Cairo. I have been told freddie went to Australia.
